On this day
Tim and I joined our immediate families and some friends for a Rehearsal Dinner at Macaroni Grill. We had a wedding rehearsal and then Tim and I joined his mother’s family on a boat ride on the Severn River around Thomas Point Lighthouse. I put together an album to share at the reception and shared with Sara the taped performance of my senior piece which she had missed while studying in Reading, England.
This evening, we enjoyed the first part of our anniversary celebration. We wanted to see Stardust and have dinner but the show times made it difficult. So tonight we saw ate dinner at Potbelly’s (because they offer evening movie tickets for $6.50 if you buy a sandwich) and saw the movie. It’s AWESOME. It has romance, adventure, comedy, and a little intrigue and suspence. It also has a fantastic cast, Claire Danes (Yvaine), Michelle Pfeiffer (Lamie/Main Witch), Charlie Cox (Tristan), Ian McKellen (Narrator’s voice), Sienna Miller (Victoria), Nathaniel Parker (Dunstan Thorn), Peter O’Toole (King), Rupert Everett (Secundus), Mark Williams (Harry Potter’s “Mr. Weasley” is Billy), Robert De Niro (Captain Shakespeare).
Tim and I have been so blessed. We repeated last year’s sentiment that if our marriage is like the last three, we’ll be set.
