For a home that needs work no less, but I understand that the dream of it doesn't always coincide with the financial reality of the house. Maryland has become extremely expensive over the years, weren't you guys looking at moving more towards Delaware? ._. i seem to remember reading that in one of your (you or Tim's) journals, ha ha.
