Adjusting
Despite having a little room supply all our privacy, I love being with my family. There are four extra sets of arms if I need any help and it’s fun being around to know what’s going on and see people as they come and go. Before I had to sit at the computer and catch up on what was going on, but you miss things that way. Someday we’ll move into our own place and won’t have this and will have to visit. It’ll be different. As for right now, I’ll just enjoy it.
The weather is amazing. It’s too early for this warm warm weather to stick around but it’s incredible. A nice little gift after the windy cold of Norway. Yesterday it was near 80 deg F and today it’s around 70! Lots of sun with vitamin D so Sara Ellen doesn’t have to ingest the smelly fish oil.
I haven’t seen a movie in the theater since Harry Potter in November and I’ve been wondering if Munchkin could handle the noise. I think we have our answer. Last night we all went to the Variety Show at Annapolis Area Christian School. I fed her but in a little while she needed a walk as expected for that time of night. It got noisy, especially when they did their really good version of Stomp. It was great, but really noisy. Little one was crying, which you could hear between sets. So Tim took her outside the auditorium until intermission. We decided to go home and realized going to regular movies isn’t going to work. There are Movies for Moms at the mall. They play new movies every Wednesday at 11am. I checked it out and were told there aren’t many people but it keeps going. I can’t see movies that have been out for a little while but still, I like to see movies.
